RLH is throttling our Internet.

Students who live on campus in UH housing are now having their Internet speeds throttled down to slower speeds; however, students can pay more per month in addition to the expenses of living on campus for faster Internet. Apparently they even gave us full speed to try; I didn't notice any difference.

UH must not focus on MONEY, but rather on keeping up with TECHNOLOGY like other universities with blazing fast Internet. Internet was developed for and by colleges.

If the age of INTERNET INFORMATION is here why are we being throttled? Give us full speed and upgrade UH Internet as a whole.
