Question by krypt0nize: How do I improve single stroking on a snare drum?

I'm in my high school's marching band and I play snare drum. Our last chart must be played between 176 and 192 bpm Snare drums have crazy sixtuplet/32nd note licks and we can barely keep up. So, are there any excercises we can do at home that can improve our single strokes?

32nd note licks I always rebounded. I suppose like opening up a roll. There is a technique where you open up your grip and catch the rebound of the stick in single strokes. Try that.
