Under, Look, Different, Lights, Mirrors

Why Do I look so different under different lights and mirrors?

So this is pretty frustrating, under low light I don't look that great, but under brighter light I look better. Why is it, its sort of frustrating. Under some fluorescent lighting I look horrible with dark circles under my eye. What is up?

i have a similar problem.... under certain light i look my hands look well blue. So it looks akward. Maybe cheap lighting.....
