Well in my opinion, a good network administrator would not encounter any ethical issues because he/she would be completely unbiased with the information users created on the network.

Unless it is illegal, malicious or slowing bandwidth, don't bother it.

EDIT: I just thought of something else, It is not your responsibility to provide any information to outside sources so you should always protect the privacy of your users.
