Question by love4babyboy: What kind of limitations are there for making a parenting plan?

My ex and i are going to a mediator to talk about and make parenting plan. I was wondering if i can have things like "he can't see the baby if the child support is not paid" "He must have his own diaper bag and a playpen for the William to at least sleep in when he has him"

Can i put these kind if things in?

Good for you for seeing a mediator. Your rule about the diaper bag and playpen are exactly the sort of things you should discuss.

I would advise being a little more tactful about the child support issue. Obviously, if your ex isn't paying child support you should pursue legal action to make him pay you. But refusing to let him see his child is not as productive as having a judge evaluate his non-payment of child support.
