Question by Lulú: What can you say about horror in Frankenstein and the scientific proposal?

I have to make a commentary about Frankenstein referring to the scientific proposal and the horror presented in the book.
I´ve already read the book but I don't understand.
Please help!!

I've never read the book but I've seen lots of different verisions of the the movie Frankenstein including Bride of Frankenstein if that matters. Frankenstein was one of the earliest works to integrate a scientific experiment with horror. And the ability of electricity in science to rejuvinate cells. There is a lot of scientific proposals which in the day the book was written were just fiction but the horror presented in the book is that the scientific experiments actually worked! What is really amazing is that this book was written so long ago and we now know that this is not all fiction in the scientific world.
